Who I am
I'm Vojta - Vojtěch, if we're being formal. I live in Prague and work in IT: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, ERP and CRM systems, networks, virtualization, security. I like solutions that aren't overcomplicated, can be explained, and actually help people get work done.
For the past few years I've been building mostly with language models. I don't code the traditional way - I tell machines what to build and make sure the result makes sense. Over thirty projects came out of that in a year: company chatbots, detective games, and simulations where AI characters live their own lives.
I don't like systems that survive on habit alone. I enjoy explaining complicated things simply. And I can say "I don't know" - in IT, that's a more essential skill than people admit.
Outside work I enjoy sci-fi, physics, electronics, and any system where something connects to something else. Yes, including computer networks. Especially computer networks.
What I do
- Business IT: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, ERP/CRM, users, and security.
- Practical AI: chatbots, automation, wiring language models into company systems.
- My own infrastructure: Proxmox, virtualization, networking, WireGuard, a home server and cloud nodes.
- Games and live experiences: detective games, LARPs, and teambuilding events where the story runs through the players.
- Workshops on the practical use of language models - in companies and in negotiation.
Projects
The project websites are being rebuilt, so there are no links here yet. The descriptions hold; links will follow once there is somewhere to point them.
- ChatMystery - a text-based detective game in English. You don't click on clues - you interrogate AI characters, each with its own memory, motivations, and version of the truth. We build it as a duo.
- Hra na vraždu (The Murder Game) - a detective LARP for companies and groups. Participants don't get a task; they get a role, a motivation, and a situation they have to handle with the others. The result lands somewhere between a game, a play, and a crisis meeting.
- Vytvoř si svůj kvíz (Make Your Own Quiz) - a platform for independent pub-quiz organizers: questions, presentations, answer sheets, promotion. The modules go by names like Pan Myšák, Vševěd, or Sokol, and the AI question generator already has real users.
- RoboVojtík - an internal AI chatbot for company IT support. Recurring questions and how-tos turned into a conversation that doesn't wait in a queue.
- iVojtík - an attempt at an autonomous agent that was supposed to work on its own. It didn't. It taught me more than most of the projects that worked.
- sinuhetcloud - personal infrastructure: two cloud ARM nodes named Romeo and Julie, a home machine called Dejv, WireGuard, backups, automation. Naming your servers pays off - at least you know who's acting up.
- LARPs and scenarios - a medieval game about the budget of Charles IV, Konsensus, an educational game about political manipulation, and Pszcz! - a game about a secret society defending digraphs against Jan Hus. With a surname like mine, it was a duty.
Talks
In 2025 I co-led a workshop at the European Negotiation Conference at the Sorbonne in Paris, on using language models in negotiation training. With my team I then took on a Harvard-affiliated AI negotiation challenge, building its multi-agent architecture.
